We register almost 30,000 CVs every month but the benefit to you doesn't stop there. We have access to hundreds of high-calibre people that live within 5 miles of every UK business who are either looking for the next move or a career change. We spend hundreds of thousands on advertising and marketing every year to give our customers the best jobseeker choice possible when they are recruiting. Our powerful Ashdown database currently contains the CVs of over a million experienced professionals.

In order to find the high-calibre people our customers expect to interview we carry out an extensive search and selection campaign. Armed with the best database and Internet searching tools modern technology offers, we search and select from a further six incredibly large databases with the intention of presenting highly suitable people for interview.

Our searching tools help us to reduce thousands of seemingly suitable CVs to a highly targeted shortlist of about a hundred people to consider. You benefit from us broadcasting your vacancy electronically to a carefully targeted audience on our own in-house database. Discretion of course is assured and we never disclose the identity of our customer until we are given the go-ahead to do so.

Our interviewing process often takes several days to fully complete and we set the highest standards. Many of the people we contact aren't looking at the well known job boards and we task ourselves with ethically positioning our customer's job role in the most attractive way possible without ever making an opportunity sound better than it really is. We promote the benefits of working for your business and make sure we match people who we think would suit your company culture.
