Why not put our marketing recruitment skills to the test if you need a Digital Creative, PR Account Director, Marketing Executive, Online Marketing Manager or Social Media Specialist. It costs absolutely nothing to receive our very best marketing CVs for your vacancy and we only charge a recruitment fee if someone joins your company.
We led the way with our sensible recruitment fee charging in 1999 and are proud of our industry achievement and standing. Marketing experts have been placed at some of the UK's leading businesses.
Interview the best candidates
Our service is available to every business, regardless of size and industry. We have recruited for hundreds of small and medium sized companies across the UK.
Our cost effective service does not in any way compromise on quality. Our customers know they receive fantastic service, quality, delivery and value and that's why they come back time and time again.
Over 30,000 job applications and CV updates each month
We spearheaded sensible recruitment fee charging in 1999, subsequently hearing from some of the UK's known-brand names. Although some of our competitors have joined us with their own low cost offering in the last few years, our advertising spend to attract the best candidates gives us far greater reach than smaller agencies offering a similar recruitment fee.
Our customers believe we lead the way in low fee recruitment and understand that a low fee needs to be quickly backed up with the delivery of the best people to interview. Over 80% of the Ashdown's business is made up of returning customers.
Affordable without compromise
We register almost 30,000 CVs every month but the benefit to you doesn't stop there. We have access to hundreds of high-calibre people that live within 5 miles of every UK business who are either looking for the next move or a career change. We spend hundreds of thousands on advertising and marketing every year to give our customers the best jobseeker choice possible when they are recruiting. Our powerful Ashdown database currently contains the CVs of over a million experienced professionals.
In order to find the high-calibre people our customers expect to interview we carry out an extensive search and selection campaign. Armed with the best database and Internet searching tools modern technology offers, we search and select from a further six incredibly large databases with the intention of presenting highly suitable people for interview.
Our searching tools help us to reduce thousands of seemingly suitable CVs to a highly targeted shortlist of about a hundred people to consider. You benefit from us broadcasting your vacancy electronically to a carefully targeted audience on our own in-house database. Discretion of course is assured and we never disclose the identity of our customer until we are given the go-ahead to do so.
Our interviewing process often takes several days to fully complete and we set the highest standards. Many of the people we contact aren't looking at the well known job boards and we task ourselves with ethically positioning our customer's job role in the most attractive way possible without ever making an opportunity sound better than it really is. We promote the benefits of working for your business and make sure we match people who we think would suit your company culture.
Over 1,000 placements made every year
Although we deliver quickly on a customer's instruction, we also patiently wait until we are sure we have found people that will actually impress in a face-to-face interview situation. Persistence and patience are essential to good service and we won't give up until we think we have found the right number and quality of people to interview.
Comprehensive recruitment insurance
Hire your next member of the marketing team with the confidence and backing of the Ashdown's 100% rebate that spans the first full thirteen weeks of someone's employment. Hiring managers have been praising our industry leading full 100% rebate since 1999. We have received recognition from marketing department managers at some of the UK's biggest businesses for our confident, reassuring rebate promise.
