Job Description

Web Developer (Node.js, JavaScript) - Sheffield. This is a home based role, but you will very occasionally be required to meet with other members of the development team so a flexible approach to work is required.

A well-established multinational business is looking for an accomplished Web Developer, proficient in Node.js, to join its large technology team.

This is an excellent chance for an experienced Node.js Developer to join an expert coding team with global reach. In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must have extensive experience working on Node.js based projects, allied to a secure understanding of database technologies (SQL or MySQL or MongoDB etc.). In addition to this, experience with Version control systems (GIT, GITHub) and Restful APIs is also essential.

In this role, you will be a key member of the company's development team and will work with some of the latest technologies at a growing organisation with peers in the USA and India. Your role will focus on Node.js based projects and you will further develop your skills with all of the aforementioned technologies. Any experience with AWS or other cloud based systems would also be advantageous to your application.
