Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a highly successful organisation which operates on a nationwide scale and sits within the retail distribution sector. You will be joining the IT Services arm of the business and be based in the Heathrow area of West London.

As part of a larger IT team, you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and software applications. Previous desktop support experience and working knowledge of MS environments is essential. You will be working with Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows 7, and Office 2010 and you will be involved with scheduled migration projects, to upgrade the system.

We are seeking a go-to candidate with strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to prioritise work load and coordinate multiple projects. Passion and enthusiasm for IT are attributes this client is seeking. This is a demanding role and therefore you will need to be committed, competent with strong organisation skills.

The hours of work is 37.5per week, Mon-Fri, operating within a shifted working pattern (8:00am to 6:00pm). There will also be prorated out of hours support required. You will need to be a driver/owner to be considered.
