Job Description

A leading player in the entertainment and media sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the growth of their business for a 12 month fixed term period.

You'll apply an end-to-end approach to source and attract the very best talent across international
locations. You'll work in partnership with the US based team and help them enhance and develop
the way the company hires great talent. You must be proactive and have excellent communication skills in order to support and influence the leadership team and their hiring decisions.


* Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and agree on the most
suitable attraction and selection strategy
* Help develop job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
* Partner with HR and Compensation Specialists to set salary expectations for roles
* Ensure all approvals and admin requirements for new roles are met
* Own the candidate journey ensuring a professional, friendly and seamless experience
* Manage and coordinate interviews, the process and talent decisions with the business
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Collate and present enhanced recruitment metrics on a regular basis
* Conduct regular and targeted hiring manager training
* Work closely with the broader HR team to ensure there is a positive transition from
candidate to on-boarding/induction
* Support internal recruitment processes alongside external strategies
* Maintain PSL and agency relationships where necessary

Key Skills & Experience

* 4 years+ experience working in a Talent based role
* Experience of sourcing and attracting candidates across a broad scope of disciplines
* Strong business acumen
* Proactive with strong time management skills
* Exceptional high-touch customer service and follow-up skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to support those around you
* High level of proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ATS systems.
