Job Description

A well-established architectural firm has approached us to assist in their search for a highly skilled and personable Windows Administrator.

Our client wants to add a passionate Systems Administrator to its growing team, providing user facing and remote support to circa 130 employees across 3 sites. You will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisation's IT Infrastructure in conjunction with the firm's managed services provider. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must have excellent communication skills and have a methodical and logical approach in all that you do. In addition to this, a solid grounding within a Windows environment is expected. You will be responsible for supporting and administering, Windows Servers, Exchange and Active Directory. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for managing a Junior IT Support Analyst so any experience with mentoring/aiding team members would be advantageous to your application.

Your time will be split between providing internal support and general maintenance as well as working with the 3rd party IT Support company on exciting new projects, such as an Office 365 migration.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company where you'll have a fantastic chance to prove your ability and be recognised for your efforts. They offer a range of attractive benefits, including: an annual bonus, 4% company pension contribution, fully subsidised gym membership, private healthcare, life and income insurance and 23 days holiday.
