Systems Administrator - North London - £35,000 plus 25 days holiday and benefits

A successful financial services organisation based in North London are seeking a Systems Administrator to join the existing IT Team.

You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving the company IT and Telephony infrastructures in both public and private environments.

Acting as a first point of contact, you will need to help internal clients resolve IT-related issues as well as maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.

Other duties will include; managing day to day Administration requests, the security, archiving and back up of relevant process and systems and ensuring that software and anti-virus updates are up to date.

To be considered you will need to have experience with all or most of the following:

- Email and Telephone Administration
- Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft Windows and Hyper-V
- VMware
- Active Directory
- Good knowledge of Internet protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HTTP/S, SSH, FTP, SFTP, DNS, NTP, NFS
- Networking (Firewall/VPN)

This role would be suitable for an individual who likes to keep up to date with new technology and trends.

A good, relevant degree would strengthen your application but is not essential.
Located within easy reach of public transport links, this opportunity boasts 35 hour week, 25 days holiday and benefits.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
