Job Description

A quickly growing financial services company based in London's West End is looking to welcome a stand-alone HR Manager to take over the management of their London office.

The company has a strong UK-wide and international presence, and they are looking for an HR Manager to co-ordinate the day to day duties of the London branch, whilst assisting with a 2-3 year project to align the HR processes of its UK offices.

The ideal candidate would be a HR Manager who has some 3 years' of generalist experience, with a pro-active, hands-on approach. The role will have you reporting to Directors and Managers, as you support employees throughout their lifetime at the company.

To be considered for the role you must be comfortable with the following:

-Being hands-on with the breadth of all generalist HR duties
-Maintaining accurate employee records and safeguarding employee data
-Assisting Management staff on all recruitment matters
-Carrying out induction of new hires
-Overseeing a couple of administration staff
-Ensuring accurate annual leave records
-Dealing with probation, and leaver issues
-Organising internships, and work experience placements
-Keeping up to date with UK employment legislation
-Supporting the upkeep of strong employee relations
-Being ready to develop, assess, and seek to improve HR policies.
-Taking ownership of the Payroll function using Sage 50
-Co-ordinating advice and information on benefits, and surveys to assess employee engagement and provide recommendations to Directors on action to be taken.
