Job Description

A highly successful and expanding MSP (managed services provider) based in Central London are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this Helpdesk Analyst role will include:

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across software, hardware and network problems (1st and 2nd line support)
Provide first point of contact for all support queries
Updating tickets and communicating with customers
Support project engineers when required

The ideal candidate will have gained circa 12 months experience within a similar Helpdesk or Service Desk role. You will have had exposure to network technologies including VLAN's, VPN's and firewalls as well as Microsoft products. Training will be provided but candidates should be self-motivated with a customer focused approach.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £24,000 plus benefits.
