Job Description

A global technology company based in Bedford is looking for a professional, friendly and proactive IT Support Analyst join their Head Office team on an est. 6 month contract with a possibility of extension.

Google Suite / G Suite / Google Apps support experience is essential.

Working as part of a dedicated IT team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across all networked PC's and servers. The successful candidate will have previously worked in a similar position and hold an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a Microsoft Windows environment.

Please ensure that experience with the following is clearly indicated on your CV:

- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Google Suite
- Citrix XenApp 6.5
- VMware Vsphere Client
- VoIP
- Image New PC's / laptops
- In depth Microsoft Office applications knowledge and support
- Software licence and backups

In addition, any knowledge of McAfee Antivirus, Networking, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and RSA SecurID would be of benefit.

Whilst not a requirement to be considered for this role, it would strongly support your application should you have an ITIL qualification or Microsoft related certificate.

This is an estimated 6 month contract position offering £120-140 per day dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.
