Service Desk Analyst - Central London, Embankment

A dynamic and rapidly growing IT support provider based in Central London (near to Embankment station) are looking for a bright and driven Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast paced and dynamic business during a period of significant growth. This role will allow you to gain exposure to all areas of IT support and they business as a whole heavily invests in both technology and their team alike.

The ideal candidate will have gained 12 months experience in a similar Helpdesk or Service Desk role.

Key responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues including software, hardware and network problems
First point of contact for all support queries
Managing and triaging support queues
Updating helpdesk tickets
Support Project Engineers

To be suitable, you will have an understanding of Microsoft platforms as well as network technologies including VLAN's, VPN's and firewalls. Further to this, you will be motivated, driven and able demonstrate a real passion for IT.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £24,000 plus benefits.
