Service Desk Analyst - Canary Wharf, east London - up to £30,000.

A well-established and worldwide logistics firm with outstanding offices are looking to recruit a driven IT professional to join their IT team, supporting users across multiple sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly but professional organisation based a walking distance from Canary Wharf underground. You will be reporting to the Assistant Service Desk Manager providing general IT, application and network support - both remotely and onsite.

You will be required to act as the first port of call for users with IT issues and you will be expected to deliver timely and effective responses. Where possible you will solve issues via the phone or remote support, however the role will be varied so you will also have the opportunity to participate in projects, upgrades and migrations.

Your technical skills should include support of a Windows environment, with Windows 7 and 10 desktops, MS Office and either Exchange or Office 365 based email. You need to be well versed with Active Directory and be happy to perform fundamental tasks such as password resets or setting up a new users. In addition you will need to be familiar with PC peripherals, hardware and printers, and have knowledge of network troubleshooting.
