Service Desk Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a successful managed service provider based in South West London. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team supporting their companies' IT functions remotely and face to face. Reporting to the Head of Managed Services, the role holder will be a key member of the IT Support Team and will provide excellent customer service to all clients.

Candidates must have the following skills:

* Advanced Windows OS - particularly 7 and 10
* Experience of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
* Exchange mailbox administration
*Windows Office suites including Office 365
* Troubleshooting network components such as physical cabling, patch management, DHCP, DNS and end user configuration.
* ITIL framework

Desirable skills/experience includes:

* MSP experience
* Basic administration of Windows Server 2007/2010/2013 - both physical and virtual
* IT degree/diploma and Industry qualifications (MCP/MCTS/MCITP)

Otherwise you'll have good experience of supporting a general Windows/Mac infrastructure in a multi-site environment.

Naturally excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills will be crucial in this role. The successful candidate will be professional, courteous and have the ability to use their initiative.

Hours of operation for this role work on a shift pattern which are between 7am-7pm. The salary on offer for this position is paying between £28-£30K per annum. There is also the option to join the on-call rota.
