Job Description

A highly respected professional services firm has engaged with the Ashdown Group to recruit a Senior Service Delivery Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work for a FTSE listed organisation and make a significant contribution as the interface between the business and Group IT.

The purpose of this role will be to ensure all services provided by Group IT are aligned with business needs and to work on continuous improvement and change, as the business grows and develops.

You will be responsible for:
¦ End to end operational delivery of IT services by Group IT
¦ Service reviews and managing service improvements
¦ Change Management and major incident activities
¦ Business relationship and communications

To be successful in this role it is envisaged you will have worked for a large global organisation or managed service provider. You must have expertise in change and problem management and consider yourself collaborative in approach.

It is essential that you are ITIL qualified and will be a SME in ITIL service management. Project management skills are required, ideally you will be formally qualified and any knowledge of ServiceNow would be advantageous.

As you would expect from a company of this size, scope and reputation the benefits, training and career prospects are excellent. This is an urgent requirement and initial interviews will be held next week.

The maximum basic salary they can consider is £65,000 basic plus bonus and benefits.
