An industry leading technology business is looking for a friendly, proactive and highly organised individual to join their team as a Service Administration Co-ordinator.

Strong telephone based customer service experience is essential to be considered as are solid Microsoft Office skills and intermediate to advanced Excel.

The overall remit of the role is to support customers by monitoring and managing service agreements and contributing to the production of service delivery reports. This will help to retain existing customers as any issues are quickly identified and resolved.

You will assist technical support centre staff by measuring KPI's and SLA's, provide support with both inbound and outbound support centre calls making sure that any queries, questions or concerns that the clients/customers may have are handled promptly and professionally and - where necessary - develop improvement plans alongside relevant managers.

A customer service centric approach with the ability to easily build rapport is essential to succeed in a role of this nature.

Any experience with SAP would be an advantage but is certainly not a requirement.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of £20-25,000 per annum dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience plus a substantial benefits package including annual bonus, excellent pension, Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance and 25 days holiday.
