A true Senior .NET Developer is required by this international consultancy, experiencing continuous growth, who have cutting edge technology at the heart of their products and services.

Working remotely, or should you wish from their London or Surrey offices and as part of a growing team, you will be responsible for producing high quality, maintainable and scalable code working in an Agile cloud based environment and undertaking application performance optimisation (.NET and SQL) across the full stack.

The successful candidate will have:
Excellent knowledge and commercial experience of ASP.Net MVC, C#, Web API and demonstrate good OOD skills.
Should be confident working in an Agile / Scrum environment and also have experience with one or more testing frameworks, such as Nunit, MSTest or xUnit.
Have some experience with Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of data storage methods
Be a team player, confident in building relationships with the existing development and testing teams and mentoring and assisting junior members of the team.

The following would be highly desirable, but not essential to securing the role:
JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, Knockout, JQuery.
They also use Team Foundation Server (TFS) therefore any experience with this product would be highly advantageous although experience with other source control products will be considered.

To secure this role you will have experience in a senior developer role, might already have supervisory or management responsibilities under their belt (not essential) and be a driven individual with great communication skills, keen to work with the latest technologies and continually strive to develop their skills and of those around them.

There is the potential for the incumbent of this role to step up into a IT Director role and be making key design decisions on the software architecture.
The role can be worked remotely, within the UK, with a visit to the offices every 1-2 months.

Starting salary for this role is circa £70,000, with potentially more available for someone already with strong leadership and architecture design experience.
