Job Description

A well respected managed service provider are now seeking an IT Support member who is a Citrix pro, to join their team to support 250 users and focus on communication and networking support.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for supporting a small number of important, professional clients in a customer facing capacity, based in Central London. You will be expected to provide a high level of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and must have the confidence to handle issues reported by users and take responsibility to complete the tasks accordingly.

To secure this role you must have;
-Experience working for a managed service provider (MSP)
-Providing support within an SME environment.
-Deskside & remote support.
-Strong working experience with Citrix
-The willingness to go the extra mile when needed
-Networking fundamentals.
-Troubleshooting connectivity issues.
-Outlook/email support.
-Deployments & roll outs - manual + automated.
-Hardware support, fixing PCs, IPads, Macs etc.
-Some project work, ideally end to end involvement.
-Knowledge of Email clients and Microsoft Office software and also Email security services such as Mimecast.

The ideal candidate would be a natural engineer with great communication skills, passionate about IT & technology, a keen problem solver and happy to go above and beyond to improve issues, bringing long term improvements to the business.
