Job Description

Joining an international financial services business, with offices in central Bristol, you will be part of a high performing BA team, which will offer you autonomy in your work and the opportunity to be the analytical lead on a variety of projects and involved with the full system development lifecycle. The business is undertaking a large re-platforming project and priority will be given to candidates with experience of bringing in a new software or administration platform within a financial services setting.

The role will involve meeting with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, to then be able to collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing systems.

This is a Senior BA role, with a salary that reflects that. To secure the post, you should have:
Solid BA experience, ideally with an ISEB qualification
Demonstrable experience with technical analysis, elicitation, modelling, Verification and methodology development.
Superb communication and influencing skills
Have good understanding of the full SDLC
Will have fantastic insight to a wide range of financial services products, systems and disciplines.

Candidates from a financial services background and with experience working for a WRAP provider or experience working on a WRAP project will be viewed favourably.
