Job Description

Working within a successful, award-winning company, this is an opportunity for a Sales Support/ Office Manager. The company prides itself on being at the forefront globally in their field of expertise.

To be suitable for this role you must have worked providing support to a team of sales people within a large organisation.

Providing internal Sales Support, you will take ownership of all inbound sales enquiries. This is mostly phone-based work, but you will also process sales leads, raise renewal invoices and help with email campaigns. There is a creative element to this position, and you will be responsible for proofreading of adverts, template creation, using editorial databases and checking data for accuracy. You will be tasked with managing tender responses in collaboration with the sales teams and promoting products.

You will be adept at utilising a CRM system, which will be central to the management of this role and follow the company's processes to ensure all opportunities are maximised. It would help if you also were confident across the entire Microsoft Office suite. The right candidate for this position will be an exceptional communicator - confident, professional and good at building customer relationships over the phone and be detail oriented.

You will be committed to the continued learning and development. Although the majority of your role is phone based, processing orders, supporting the clients, sales team and providing general office administration there is also the opportunity for occasional international travel. Due to the location of the office in Chobham, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
