A successful, entrepreneurial and growing technology group are seeking a results driven, high performing Sales professional, keen to step up into a Head of Sales or Sales Manager role.

Reporting straight to the board, this role offers the right individual the chance to build a team and progress to become both a board member and share holder of the business.

This is a new role to the business and you will set out strategy, provide accurate revenue projections, feedback on client needs, market place conditions and competition and agree KPI's together with the Senior Management team.

You will effectively develop and manage a cohesive team which represents the groups various business units and solutions, coach and develop them, create an environment of enthusiasm, accountability and effectively communicate and set performance expectations for individual and team targets.

You will have experience managing and validating sales forecasts from account managers, so you will have demonstrable, comprehensive understanding of sales pipeline processes, forecasting activities, territory planning & management, and incentive compensation best practices. Whilst also being adept at building trusted relationships with both internal, external and prospective clients.

The individual to secure this role will have strong team leading experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned deliverables and timelines, with the ability to build positive and productive working relationships and foster creativity, innovation and integrity within a team, being quick to understand the ethos, integrity and existing engagement methodology and ways which they win business.

This is an entrepreneurial business that is looking for a dynamic, driven individual, with vision and an appreciation of the ambitious growth plans of the business. Someone who can see the bigger picture and potential career journey available to them. The starting basic salary is circa £35,000 basic plus competitive commission and uncapped OTE. There is flexibility on salary for a stand out candidate.
