This 2 month FTC would suit an experienced HR Business Partner (HR BP) or Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager with a solid experience in Employee Relations - this will include disciplinary & grievance issues, mental health issues, performance issues, sickness issues, dismissals, and impact assessment work cases. The majority of the work load will be around blue collar workers (manufacturing, warehousing, distribution etc) and will require a high level of experience, confidence & authority.

This client is a leading manufacturing & distribution firm employing over 1000 staff across the UK, and with 9 sites in the South East region. They have an urgent requirement for an experienced and confident HR BP to work across each of the 9 sites in the South East region dealing with a number of ER cases and management coaching.

As a field based HR Business Partner you will be required to visit the 9 sites in your region on average once every 2 weeks, although some sites may require more attention than others. Site locations include Eastbourne, Redbridge, Guildford, Hailsham, Ashford, Gillingham, Barnet, Hackney and Petersfield.

This is a fixed term contact paying a pro rata salary of up to £55,000 + £8000 car allowance & mileage. It is highly likely that this contract would be either extended or a permanent position offered.
