Job Description

A well-established technology business that works with numerous well-known household brands is looking to add a dynamic and confident Recruitment Manager to their growing team to help recruit technology professionals and create an efficient resource function for their ever expanding business.

Working in this standalone position you will be reporting to the Head of Operations and will take charge of recruitment across the business. A large focus of this role will be sourcing technical engineering professionals to work for the business either on a permanent or contractual basis; to this end, you will be expected to liaise with key internal stakeholders to gain an insight into the essential technical requirements as well as building long lasting external relationships with recruitment agencies so they can help you source high calibre Software Developers. Your time will be split between day-to-day recruitment and meeting with internal stakeholders to provide strategic advice on their resource needs.

In order to be suitable for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have experience recruiting professionals into technical IT roles and are fully conversant with the latest developments in the technology sector. You will have the interpersonal skills required to capture business requirements and to act as a consultant on recruitment projects. In addition to this, it is expected you will be a first-class communicator and have the ability to build crucial relationships internally as well as externally.
