 A well-established business operating in the healthcare sector have approached us in their search for an experienced HR Administrator/Recruitment Coordinator.

Working closely with the senior members of this organisation you will responsible for delivering a full recruitment service to the business. Whilst candidates in a recruitment orientated role would be ideal, we are also accepting applications from HR Administrators, HR Assistants and HR Advisors/Officers. Some of your typical day-to-day duties will include, but aren't limited to; posting recruitment adverts, arranging interviews, creating personnel files, producing offer letters, liaising with payroll regarding new starters and maintaining and updating HR systems.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have previous experience working in the Health or Social Care industry. In addition to this, it is expected that you will have experience or a working knowledge of the recruitment process from an HR perspective. An understanding of right to work checks would be advantageous to your application, but is not essential.
