An experienced receptionist is required for this international marketing agency in the heart of central London to work Monday - Friday from 1pm - 6pm.
To secure this role you must have great communication skills, a good appreciation of client and customer service and thrive in a busy, creative environment. You must also be confident working with Microsoft Office.
Day to day duties may include:
Front of house/reception duties - welcoming visitors, signing visitors in and out, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
Managing the diary for meeting rooms, booking both internal and external meetings, arranging catering, if needed for meetings, ensuring meeting rooms and cleared and cleaned after meetings.
Distributing of post, managing outbound mail and deliveries, ordering office stationary and any ad-hoc requirements.
The ideal person to this role will enjoy working in a vibrant and creative environment and may already have experienced gained within a similar setting, such as media, marketing , design or architect agency, though this is not essential to secure the role.
The hours are 1pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday. The salary for this role is up to £16,000 and in addition you will receive a decent benefits package and have the opportunity to work in a fun, friendly and professional working environment in the heart of central London.
