This is an urgent requirement, therefore candidates MUST be available to interview at short notice.
The purpose of the role is to provide front of house reception duties. Duties will include managing a busy switchboard, answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant people, meeting and greeting clients, ordering stationary, order processing, making sure meeting rooms are tidy, and administration to ensure the smooth running of the reception desk.
It is essential that you are computer literature and this must be demonstrated throughout your CV - strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word to at least Intermediate level is vital for this position.
This award winning company is looking for someone with great enthusiasm, who is confident on the phone and face to face. You will have an excellent telephone manner, combined with a first class customer service skills.
