Job Description

Project Management Coordinator / Project Support Coordinator - London - up to £30,000 plus benefits - 12 month FTC

A successful, award winning, creative agency, working with leading global brands are looking to hire a Project Support Coordinator for their central London office. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract that offers an exciting and dynamic environment in which to work.

You will form part of the Project Management team and will provide full administrative support to the team, whilst also dealing with everyone across the agency - from freelancers to senior management, so you should be approachable, outgoing and happy to help where needed.

It may be that you have similar experience gained from another design, marketing or media agency, or perhaps have held an administrative role in a similar business and demonstrate good excel reporting skills.

The role is client-facing and you will need to have exceptional communication, both written and verbal, with a confident but assertive manner with the ability to demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and tact.

Essential Requirements
- Previous administration experience, preferably within an integrated agency environment
- MS Office, Word & Excel (pivot tables)
- Highly organised and time management
- Passionate, energetic and proactive personality
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining keen eye for detail
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Confident dealing with all individuals and stakeholders
- Team player

Previous Project Support experience within a fast paced environment would be advantageous, but not essential to securing the role. Full training will be given on this to the right candidate.

This brilliant opportunity offers a starting salary of up to £30,000, depending on what your skills and experience bring to the role. It is a 12 month FTC, To register your interest, please send a copy of your CV with the reference ASH17201RT.
