Product Marketing Manager (Digital Services) - Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire - up to £40,000 plus 10% bonus, fantastic holiday allowance and further benefits package.

A hugely successful global business, specialising in Financial Services and supporting an impressive array of global brands, is seeking an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager for their Digital Services Products, to drive the business forward.

Reporting to the Head of Services, the successful candidate will develop and deliver strategy whilst keeping abreast of the market. The strategy will focus across 4 key areas:
Identifying and developing future opportunities.
Identifying and developing new channels such as; Digital, App, Portal, Stores Social Networks, Networks and Telemarketing.
Identifying new target customers and developing new products to market to this new demographic.

When looking at developing activity and improving strategy, you will assess the commercial viability of any new business opportunities, looking at volumes and unit/margin potential, the ease of which the project can become reality and deploy, cost and time of the project, as well as the commercial, operational, compliance and legal requirements necessary.

You will consistently scrutinise competitor offerings and benchmark your
products against those in the market. As well as closely analysing the effectiveness and success of your own product offerings and marketing campaigns and reporting on the ROI. You will work closely with the Digital and Customer Experience teams to prepare your effective Services Marketing campaigns, always keeping in mind the customer journey.

Impeccable communication skills, interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building are key to this role and the collaborative approach it requires with both external and internal teams.
