Job Description

A highly successful investment management firm, based in the City, is looking for a junior level Portfolio Services Administrator. This purpose of this role will be to ensure that client's investment portfolio records are accurately maintained and kept updated with the relevant investment & valuation information.
Suitable candidates will have worked in a similar administrative role and although NOT essential, dealing with financial taxation and anti-money laundering rules would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting up, updating and maintaining client records ensuring an accurate record of financial stock transactions, holdings, tax costs and valuations
- Ensure every portfolio adjustment is recorded and accounted for accurately
- Verify and update stock records on a daily basis
-Organise probate valuations on behalf of investment managers
-Print & distribute various client reports when required
- Liaise with investment managers to clarify or request further information relating to various portfolio updates
-Liaise with other data providers to request & verify the accuracy of data feeds
