The Ashdown Group has been approached by a prestigious London attraction to assist them in their search for a Payroll Administrator /HR Administrator. The weightiest responsibility for the role will be processing of the payroll for circa 800 employees monthly, but HR administration responsibilities will form the larger part of the working month.
The successful candidate MUST be experienced at managing payroll for a large employee base with diverse hours and responsibilities. You will need impeccable attention to detailand will be highly organised. You will also be expected to act as administrative support to the HR department and especially to the HR Director. As such, you will be involved at times with all aspects of HR including communications, recruitment, meetings, etc. Some aspects of diary management and scheduling activity, especially in support of the HR Director will be expected. The responsibility for organising impromptu and planned staff events will also fall to you.
Prior experience in a similar role is essential if you are to be considered for this position, but of paramount importance is team fit and personality. You will need to be enthusiastic, vivaciousand positive, with a naturallysociable and gregarious disposition.
