Job Description

A successful business with a media-focus are looking to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on an estimated 4-6 month contract working 25 hours per week

Candidates with day rate expectations of between £200-£300 per day will be considered - rate dependent on depth of relevant skills and experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company with an established and enviable industry reputation. They are a multi-site organisation and at the beginning of a planned period of growth and expansion.

Working 25 hours a week, (split across 3 days ideally but with potential for flexibility), you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the internal HR function, this will include:

- Supporting recruitment and on-boarding
- Creating, amending and adjusting contracts - experience of contractual negotiations required
- Tracking absence and holiday
- Performance management
- Providing HR advice to the workforce
- Employee Relations

The successful candidate will need to be a dynamic individual with the ability to react quickly to the organisational needs of a diverse workforce.

To be considered you must be available to interview next week and commence a new role immediately, or on short notice.

This is an estimated 4-6 month part-time contract offering between £200 - £300 per day dependent on depth of relevant skills & experience; references will be requested.
