Job Description

A long established and successful manufacturing business is looking for an organised and friendly HR Administrator to join their Bristol site on a permanent, part time basis (20 hours a week).

The successful candidate will assist with the smooth day to day running of a busy office by providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other members of the team.

You will ensure that all records are accurate and up to date by maintaining vital database information, such as employee absences, entitlements and benefits, as well as responding to general queries and correspondence from both new and existing members of staff.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in the following:

* Strong administration background
* Being a first point of contact for employees requiring HR support
* Providing HR admin support (including taking minutes during disciplinary meetings, etc.)
* Sickness and absence management
* Handling time keeping and attendance issues
* Dealing with holiday requests
* On boarding new starters
* Maintaining employee records
* High degree of IT literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Working in a fast paced environment, you will need the ability to prioritise your workload, and have excellent communication skills.
