Job Description

Do you have great administrative and organisational skills and are interested in building your career as a PA? This successful UK business, with international reach is seeking an accountable PA to provide and support the Group Finance Director.
Based in their offices near Wembley, you will be working on a one-to -one basis on a variety of tasks related to the directors working operations and communications.

As well as demonstrating excellent administrative skills, such as diary management, inputting data in tables, email correspondence etc. you will also follow up outstanding matters with other offices and external parties, schedule meetings and in-house appointments and act as a travel coordinator, ensuring flight bookings, taxis and accommodation are all in place.

The hours for this role are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

Essential Requirements
- Self-starter with experience working within a fast paced environment
- MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Screening and answering calls
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable and proactive personality
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Confident dealing with all individuals and stakeholders

Any experience with Sage Line 50 ( for data input & report extracting) would be advantageous, but not essential to securing the role. Full training will be given on this.

The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history with strong PA or support experience within a busy environment.
Starting salary for this role is up to £28,000, dependant on skills and experience.
