Job Description

A global FMCG food business are seeking additional support staff for their UK operations.  This role provides support to and interfaces between HQ, field staff and franchisees.

Your daily duties consist of:
Answering customer calls/emails resolving queries or referring them onto the appropriate department.
Liaise with relevant departments to order new equipment or fittings, tracking orders and communicating with freight companies to ensure safe delivery, registering any damage or losses to stock and
Working closely with the internal project teams to ensure smooth running of projects - requesting info, finalising orders etc.
Data entry for sales, statuses
General administrative support such as processing mail, maintaining accurate database records, provide ad-hoc support as needed to other members of the team and work on special projects as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, be well organised and proactive, with solid computer skills and good attention to detail.
