Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator / account coordinator to join a global organisation based on site with their prestigious retail client, based in central London.

It is essential you have worked in retail and have a degree. Your degree must relate to either fabric or textiles, as a key part of this role to administer the fabric testing process alongside a team of fabric technologists.

The client is looking for a self-starting and highly organised individual to oversee all aspects of the relationship with the client including:

- Managing test report approvals and distribution of the information
- Working alongside the retailer technical team to support and advise them with all information to make commercial decisions on quality
- Approve and reject bulk fabric testing including commercial approvals
- Ensuring key projects are delivered within agreed timelines

Prior experience of working in a fashion retail or product testing organisations would be preferable.

You will be responsible for providing general administrative support to senior staff including preparing and formatting documents therefore you MUST have strong IT skills including advanced Word and intermediate Excel.

This is an URGENT requirement and the client is looking for a somebody to start immediately available or who has a short notice period.
