This fun, vibrant sports media office is looking for an Office Assistant to cover a year long maternity leave for them. The role reports to the Director and offers the incumbent an interesting and varied role.

The business is based in newly renovated offices in central Camden office, with table tennis and pool tables and a great company culture with regular office socials and events.
They offer flexible working, with the current incumbent working 9.30am - 5.30pm, but the possibility to work 9-5pm or 10-6pm all being possible too.

This is a varied role and in addition to managing the reception, liaising with staff and clients and maintaining stationary and general office supplies, you will also:
Provide basic HR support - liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, dealing with annual leave requests, processing offer paperwork.
Provide finance support - processing invoices, pension management scheme, submitting payroll figures for external processing.
In short you will be a central person in this sociable, friendly business, offering ad-hoc support as needed.

To secure the role you must have good written and spoken English and experience in a similar administrative role. Knowledge of any other languages would also be useful, but not essential. You will be well organised, technically adept, with good attention to detail, friendly, dynamic and professional. Applications from people within media, gaming, sports, broadcasting, creative agency or betting background, would be particularly welcome.

The salary on offer for this role is £22,000 - £25,000, depending on skills and experience. They offer 23 days holiday and benefits such as pension, cycle to work and the computer scheme, alongside great office facilities and regular company outings.
