Job Description

A market leading manufacturer is seeking an Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to add to their team based in the Curdworth area, E Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from parts of Worcestershire & Warwickshire). This is a fixed term contract for initially 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy AR department dealing with high volumes of data from various global locations. Duties will include scanning and printing invoices, sorting post, sending out supplier notification letters, chasing suppliers for updated records as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a dedicated Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Administration Support, Office Administrator, Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally in a fast paced environment dealing with a high volume of data. It is essential to have strong knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ideal candidate will also be fluent in German (written and spoken), although this is not essential.
