A multi-billion pound organization, which utilises cutting-edge technology, is looking to add a Marketing Performance Analyst to be fundamental in shaping the overall success of the business. Through monitoring and reporting on digital acquisition activities and working across the group to improve return on investment, across all campaigns for each region and brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lend their expertise, analyse complex data and make suggestions on where best to apply resource. In exchange you will join a business which is at the forefront of the gaming industry and delivers entertainment to millions globally.

As Marketing Performance Analyst this role will be responsible for:

- Conducting monthly reporting on performance and identifying trends, whilst making suggestions on improvements.

- Creating and developing performance reporting suites whilst working closely with the business intelligence teams.

-Devising and defining targets in conjunction with senior management.

-Consistently monitoring performance and providing insight to shape the success of future decision making.

To flourish in this role the successful candidate will be a self-starter with plenty of motivation, outgoing and robust whilst remaining process driven within a fluid environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a gaming background and be experienced in the dynamics of a global organisation. It is essential to be confident in your ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Additionally, candidates with analytical degrees such as Mathematics or Engineering would be considered highly advantageous.

The organisation boasts a fast paced and innovative environment comprising of 300+ employees in the London headquarters and a global client of almost 4000. As well as a modern work environment, situated in a profound building in central London.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000 as a basic, a 20% company performance-based bonus and additional benefits.
Benefits include private health insurance, private dental, pension plan and season ticket loan. Holiday is 25 days per annum. Contracted working hours are Monday through Friday 0900 to 1800, although the business allows flexibility on time and offers the option of working from home.
