Job Description

The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a leading professional services organisation to assist them in their search for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their successful team.

The focus of this role is to lead the strategic planning, development, delivery and measurement of the marketing strategy in support of the business growth objectives. You will need experience developing and launching new market services and improving existing ones with the use of insights from market research and data analysis.
You will be responsible for generating campaigns with clear KPIs, measurement and post campaign evaluation of ROI - across all channels including , digital, social media and events.

To be considered for this position, you must have worked within a professional services or consumer organisation delivering B2B marketing strategy. You will need to be enterprising and entrepreneurial with a solid understanding of online, digital and email marketing with particular understanding of data analytics, results analysis and ROI.
You will possess a strategic outlook to marketing and will have demonstrable brand management skills.

Additionally you will have experience planning and implementing campaigns to increase lead generation through SEO, social networking and email, as well as increasing the size and reach of the social networking audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the data segmentation and management of the in-house CRM (MS Dynamics)You will be digitally literate and capable of creating and delivering social/digital media strategies and possess strong copy writing skills.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious, flexible, driven and passionate about effective communication, who thrives in professional, unsupervised environments. You will show solid commercial judgement and awareness of the need for profit.

It is expected the candidate will be educated to degree level, with CIM marketing qualification or equivalent.
