Job Description

The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a leading professional services organisation to assist them in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their successful team, based in central London.

This established professional services organisation is looking for an experienced marketing manager to come on board who will bring clear leadership to the marketing function; this is a stand-alone position with the potential to build a team. The remit will be to design and deliver a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels including, digital, social media, PR and events.

To be considered for this position, you must have worked within a professional services organisation delivering and executing a B2B marketing strategy. Experience within a property, architecture, planning or development environments would be advantageous but is not essential. You will need to be enterprising and entrepreneurial with a solid understanding of designing and delivering marketing and communication campaigns.

Additionally, you will have experience planning and implementing campaigns to increase web traffic through SEO, social networking sites and email newsletters, as well as increasing the size and reach of the social networking audience via related activity. You will be digitally literate and capable of creating and delivering social/ digital media strategies.

You will understand and cope well in a high-visibility environment. With this in mind, the suitable candidate will possess strong marketing strategy and planning skills, SEO, email platform, web and data skillsets and strong B2B copywriting skills.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious, flexible, driven and passionate about effective communication, who thrives in unsupervised environments. You will show solid commercial judgement and an understanding of ROI.

The candidate will be degree educated, with a CIM marketing qualification or equivalent.
