Job Description

An established and growing business is looking to add a resourceful Junior Office / Accounts Administrator into their small Accounts team based in the West Molesey area, Surrey / South West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general office and accounts administration duties including checking orders, data entry (invoices and CIS), updating the accounts system and filing.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have some office administration skills with an interest to develop an accounts career. Strong IT skills including Word and Excel are also required. This would suit an organised and calm individual that is keen to learn. Any exposure to the construction industry, including trade suppliers, would be highly beneficial but not essential.
