Job Description

Are you a true creative? A natural ideator? Capable of taking a concept and then helping create a vision and story around it? Keen to work on hugely successful brands in an international marketing agency?

If so, this opportunity may be exactly what you have been looking for to really take your marketing career to the next level. This is a very successful and well established marketing agency, at the top of their game and working with leading global brands.

You join a relatively small team, with the Ideation Director, but will also work closely with teams across Client Services, Production, Design, Community as part of a wider team and as such have a very visible role in the business.

You will be a key part of the client briefing process, helping with ideas and proposals, being adept at drawing out ideas and taking a core idea or concept and creating a compelling story or vision from it.

Come from a creative design or copywriting / creative writing background - with an appreciation of the marketing mix and a strategic approach to communications planning.

A very social media savvy individual, who understands your target audience and how to create meaningful engagement with them.

Although you don't have to come from an agency background, an understanding of working across different brands would be useful, tech, sports, beauty, entertainment.

Any experience writing video scripts, writing comedy sketches etc. would be a beneficial skill set to bring to the role.

PowerPoint, Photoshop, After Effects and other Adobe programs are all useful knowledge to have.

This exciting opportunity offers a starting salary of up to £26,000, depending on what your skills and experience bring to the role, but is very much a starting point within this great agency. You will be required to provide examples of your work as part of the application process.
