This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced and customer focused IT Service Delivery Manager to join a dynamic IT consultancy. Due to continued growth & expansion my client needs a Service Delivery Manager to oversee several IT Service Desks teams supporting a portfolio of external customers.

As the SDM you will be the middle ground between the Account Managers, the IT Helpdesks & the end customers. Working in an ITIL environment you will oversee 2 IT Service Desk teams (1 team at the head office in High Wycombe and a 2nd team dedicated on a customer site in Slough) - this will include managing the KPI's, SLA's, data/ticket reporting, service reviews, and supporting the Account Managers as & when.

Any further experience with ISO20000 would be highly beneficial but NOT essential.

This role will be very customer focused and you will need a strong IT background to call upon when managing these helpdesk teams and their performance. It is essential you have ITIL experience and at least the ITIL Foundation certificate.

PLEASE NOTE - Although this role will be based in High Wycombe, you will be required to spend one day a week onsite with a customer in Slough.
