IT Support Technician / Systems Administrator (1st Line, 2nd Line, Systems Admin, Incident Management, Hardware, Documentation, Project Work) - North West London - £23,000

My client are an International, well-established business based near North West London - globally they employ thousands. As part of planned growth within their existing IT team, they are now seeking a motivated IT Support Administrator to join the company.

This particular opportunity offers a mixture of IT related responsibilities, including:

- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for a range of applications and hardware
- System Administration
- Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Involvement in project work when necessary
- Managing and maintaining technical documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have experience with all or most of the following list of technologies:

Windows Operating Systems 7 and 8, Windows Server 2010 and 2012, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2003-2010, Remote Access Tools, VPN.

It is preferable that you also have some basic knowledge or commercial exposure to some of the below:

SharePoint, Windows OS 2003/2008 R2/2012, SAP, Citrix, XEN Server, VMWare, Symantec Backup Exec, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups)

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £23,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
