Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join a very well established and unique business that specialises in the agricultural supply chain industry.

Acting as first point of contact for all staff, the IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support as well as helping to develop a long term solution to improve the effectiveness and security of the IT systems.

To be successful in this role, you must be confident in your ability to take ownership of any IT problems raised within the business and escalate any technical issues, if required.

In addition to this, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you must be able to communicate effectively with staff in a multi-cultural environment. You will need to understand how they're using the system, grasp the issues and translate them to the staff in a non-technical way.

To be considered for this role you must have;
-Strong Microsoft Office 365 & Azure experience
-Strong technical skills with Windows Server, Hyper V, DHCP/DNS
-Knowledge of Windows 7/10
-Active Directory experience
