Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a growing organisation with sites nationwide as they are looking to grow their existing IT team. As a result they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to support and maintain IT across a multi-site environment. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role holder will be a key member of the IT Support Team taking responsibility for maintaining and developing a modern infrastructure to support the business goals of the organisation.

You'll be part of the team supporting all IT systems, LAN & WAN networks, voice & data services, hardware (printers etc.) and the associated IT infrastructure to ensure security of data and availability of IT services nationwide.

You'll also be involved in the installation of existing and new infrastructure, communications (mobile devices and fixed telephony) and printers.

Please note, the role holder is required to work out of the office and will be expected to travel to different sites and third party facilities as and when required. A pool car is available and a clean UK driving license is required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

* TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting including DNS and routing
* Knowledge of MS operating systems and MS Office 365
* Active Directory administration including Group Policy and Exchange 2010
* Solid knowledge of Antivirus, Firewalls and Backup Software
* Understanding of PBX Telephone Systems/VOIP
* An understanding of working in an ITIL environment
* Sophos Anti-virus support
* MCSE / MCTIP, CCNA Certifications desirable, as is ITIL v3 Foundation

Naturally excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills will be crucial in this role.
