A successful international financial services firm is seeking an IT professional to provide IT Support and undertake IT training for the London and Surrey offices.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will provide IT Training across the business in addition to some 1st/2nd line support across the clients two sites, in Central London and Leatherhead.
Around 70% of your role will consist of delivering training to both individual or small groups, you will ensure that your training is aligned to the organizations vision including; systems, best practices, data protection and topics of compliance. You will have some experience delivering IT training already within a commercial setting, however, they are also happy to consider people relatively new to IT training, who are looking to build their experience and career in this direction.
Your daily duties will include:
Reviewing all training material to ensure it is up to date and effective.
Creation of your own training materials to ensure they are always relevant to your audience.
New starter induction training.
Analyse IT training needs across the business and have input as to how best to meet these requirements.
Work alongside the IT helpdesk to deliver excellent customer service to our users.
To be successful in this role you will:
Will have impeccable communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Have held a similar role, with demonstrable experience in delivering IT training.
Have a confident nature and in communicating training of a technical nature.
Have solid IT skills with Microsoft Office experience.
Although you will be based in the Leatherhead office, you may be required to deliver training in the Central London office up to two days a week. However, your travel will be fully expensed for this.
