Job Description

IT Support Analyst/ Junior IT Support & Project Management / Graduate IT Support / Infrastructure Support / Junior IT Project Manager - Northolt, Middlesex - £24,000
Join an award winning supply chain business seeking to expand their IT team, as an IT Support Analyst. In this role you will also work closely with the IT Manager on a pipeline of exciting IT projects, giving the incumbent a great opportunity to learn new technologies and develop their IT project management skills.

Working as part of a team of 4 in a Microsoft Office and Windows server environment, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users and the business across software, hardware and IT peripherals. You will also have the chance to develop your 3rd line support skills across infrastructure such as Windows servers, Exchange, SQL, networking and SAP.

In the next 1.5 years you will also have the opportunity to work on two large projects:
The first is an SAP implementation for accounting and stock control systems
The second is implementing a new supply chain and warehousing solution based on mobile computing hardware, such as scanners, mobile printers, tablets, rugged devices.

Both these projects offer the incumbent a rare opportunity to work closely with the IT manager on large technical projects at a senior level.

Due to the scope this role offers, they are seeking a bright individual with a passion for technology and an interest in learning new technologies and keeping abreast of market offerings.

To secure the role you must have commercial IT Support experience - 1st and 2nd line - with some 3rd line desirable, and a keen interest in project work. An interest and awareness of SAP and mobile computing solutions detailed in the projects above would also be advantageous to securing this role.

The starting salary for this role is up to £24,000 and the working hours are 9-5.30pm. If you think you have the drive to take on this role and will enjoy the learning curve it offers, please send a copy of your CV at your earliest opportunity.
