IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support Helpdesk/Desktop Support

Long established global not for profit organisation in central London are seeking someone with excellent Windows 10 and Office 365 experience.

Joining an organisation of leading professionals - you will support the London based IT infrastructure - providing helpdesk and deskside support to just under 50 users. You will be the only IT person on-site and will report to the CTO in New York.

A good knowledge of Active Directory is essential - you will also be adept at printer fixes and provide general workstation and laptop support.

You will also have responsibility for providing Zendesk support to offices across Europe.

This position will suit some with a minimum of 12 months commercial experience - and ideally, you will be degree qualified.
