Job Description

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a successful digital agency to assist in their search for a IT /Helpdesk Support analyst.

Candidates must be immediately available or have no more than a one week notice period.

The purpose of the role is to provide 1st line and deskside support services to approximately 450 users. Working as part of a team of 3 you will be the first point of contact for IT, providing general IT troubleshooting, resolving queries by email, phone, remote and deskside support and will require good Mac, Windows 7/10, MS Office 2016 and Active directory experience. Knowledge of Mac is essential , including configuration management and deployment.

Additional elements of the role will include desktop support, PC / Laptop builds, printer support, software installations, patch management as well as maintaining the telephone system . Knowledge of Windows 10 deployment and build processes (SCCM, WSUS, Casper Suite) is highly desirable.

This is a customer-focused role, with this in mind, you will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will be expected to carry out ad-hoc project work during this busy time, which is leading up to an office move at the end of August. You must be able to work over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

To be considered for this position, you MUST have experience providing support in a professional SME environment.
