Job Description

IT Support Analyst - London. A leading multinational consultancy is looking for a proven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be a technically savvy problem solver with a good understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013, while any experience with VMware and network troubleshooting would be advantageous to your application.

You will provide a proactive and professional support service for all user issues and will gain exposure to a wide range of cutting-edge technology solutions as part of your project based responsibilities.

This role would suit a personable, customer aware Support Analyst who is comfortable interacting with clients and dealing with demanding internal stakeholders. You will be the central point of contact for all user issues so must be willing to deal with basic IT queries but will also gain exposure to server-side technologies, including SANs, Windows Server and SQL.
