Job Description

A well-established firm has approached The Ashdown Group to assist in their search for a highly skilled and personable IT Support Engineer.

Our client wants to add a passionate IT Support specialist to its growing team, providing user facing support to circa 70 employees. You will play a key role in the overall support to on-site users as well as working in conjunction with the firm's managed services provider to help support their wider IT infrastructure. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have an excellent understanding of a Windows environment, including but not limited to, Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory and Windows OS. In addition to this, your verbal and written communication skills need to be excellent, with the ability to communicate at all levels. Your time will be split between providing internal support and general maintenance as well as working with the 3rd party IT Support company on exciting new projects, such as an Office 365 migration.
